At Wild Bank Primary, our Forest School is all about adventure, discovery and teamwork. We make the most of our wonderful outdoor space to help children grow, flourish and develop a lifelong love of nature.
- Adventurous learning: Pupils build dens, craft their own play equipment and explore the natural world with curiosity and courage.
- Sustainability in action: We plant trees, nurture our environment and are proudly developing our very own allotment.
- Fire and food: Firelighting is a carefully supervised highlight, where children enjoy baking marshmallows and trying their hand at backwoods cooking.
- Collaboration and teamwork: Every activity encourages cooperation, problem solving and resilience, helping children learn the value of working together.
